Our lawyers are currently acting as the court appointed representative counsel for the former Target Pharmacy Franchisees in the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act proceedings involving Target. We have been involved in some of Canada’s most complex matters, such as the restructuring of Canada’s asset-backed commercial paper (ABCP) market, CanWest and Air Canada.
