James K. Ball was called to the Ontario bar in 1973. He is a long time member of the American Bar Association and Advocates' Society; former sessional lecturer in comparative Civil Trial Advocacy (1983), Faculty of Law, University of Windsor; and experienced civil litigator. The focus of his practice is the resolution of commercial, construction and estate disputes and counseling commercial clients in related transactions.
