James K. Ball was called to the Ontario bar in 1973. He is a long time member of the American Bar Association and Advocates' Society; former sessional lecturer in comparative Civil Trial Advocacy (1983), Faculty of Law, University of Windsor and experienced civil litigator.

The focus of his practice is the resolution of commercial, construction and estate disputes and counseling commercial clients in related transactions.
