We settled the first class proceeding involving trading of securities in the secondary market (YBM). We were co-lead counsel in the certification of the first contested antitrust class action in Canada (Hydrogen Peroxide). We were co-lead counsel in the first class proceeding where leave was granted to commence an action for misrepresentation under Ontario’s Securities Act that was certified as a class proceeding for a global class of shareholders (IMAX). We were involved in one of the largest class proceedings in Canada (Hepatitis C) which was settled for over $1 billion.
